Homemade buns from yeast dough

Sometimes it is useful to retreat from a diet or proper nutrition and treat yourself to something delicious. And to get more pleasure, it is best to cook your favorite treat yourself. If you are not indifferent to baking, make lush ruddy buns from yeast dough with different fillings. A couple of pieces eat yourself, and others treat your relatives, friends, neighbors. Delicious yeast dough on kefir

Despite the fact that all products from yeast dough are similar in their softness and splendor, they can differ significantly in the recipe, used components, and, therefore, be different in taste. One of the most successful types of yeast test is obtained with sour cream and kefir. We will cook it.

We need 50 grams of butter or good margarine, 1 packet of yeast, 2 eggs, a glass of kefir and milk, 100 grams of sour cream, a teaspoon of salt and 6 tablespoons of sugar. In addition, the kneading test will take slightly more kilogram of flour, and for lubrication - vegetable oil.

First, we will make an incense. To do this, in a glass of warm milk we brew yeast, add sugar and half the flour taken. We mix well and put it in a warm place, so that the mass increases 2-3 times. Then add the melted butter or margarine, kefir and sour cream, eggs, salt to the spoon, gradually pour the rest of the flour. Knead the dough until it is well separated from the hands and will not become smooth. We roll it into a ball and put it in a warm place. When it is doubled, we knead once more and start to form buns.

The form is just as important as the content

The dough from the yeast dough is made in different forms: in the form of hearts, roses, plaits, puffs and so on.

Let's try to make roses. First, the dough needs to be divided into small parts. We take one, roll it with two hands into a thick rope and knead it with fingers to achieve a plane. Throughout the length of the "rope" lubricate with oil and sprinkle with sugar. Then gently fold to get a rose. You can also make buns with poppy seeds, cinnamon or nuts. To make their taste brighter, fill it with a meat grinder or rub with sugar.

Hearty Sticks

And now we'll tell you how to make buns from yeast dough in the form of multilayered hearts - these can often be seen on the shelves of stores. To do this, first roll small balls of dough and make cakes from them. Each lubricate with oil, sprinkle with cinnamon, berries or nuts, then roll into a tube. We fold it in half, clamp the edges, and in the middle (that is, from the opposite side) we make an incision. Gently unfold it in different directions and attach a heart shape. Beautiful multi-layer buns are ready. Now they need to distance 10 minutes in a warm place. After that, grease the buns with a yolk with sugar and send to bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Delicious serving

Serve still warm buns from yeast dough with milk, cocoa or coffee with cream, and also a slice of butter and jam. Such a snack may well go for a late Sunday breakfast or decorate a cozy family evening with conversations, jokes and watching your favorite movies.
