Always remember the truism - "everything is good in moderation." Now more about the side effects. First, the acid, contained in a large amount of juice, can be harmful to the enamel of the teeth, and, consequently, uncontrolled consumption of such drinks can lead to the development of carious damage to the teeth. In addition, some juices, for example, apple, contain a significant amount of sucrose and acid, which can lead to the appearance of excess weight and problems with the gastrointestinal tract. And people with serious ailments, such as, for example, diabetes, kidney disease and the digestive tract, should treat the amount of juice in their diet with special attention.
