We are constantly being told about the benefits of healthy food and a lot. What is fiber food, what advantages does it give? Such food is important for the body. It is proved that its consumption constantly reduces the risk of oncological diseases. Directly in women, the possibility of developing breast cancer decreases. Vegetable food contains many useful fats, and this is proven in many countries. For example, Finland is very concerned about its health, and the consumption of healthy fats and products with fiber content is widespread. And in the US, fats are also in first place, but those that they consume are not of plant origin, as evidenced by statistics on cancer.
