Take a small piece of dough from the total mass and roll it on the table to a thickness of one and a half centimeters. Remember that fast khachapuri for breakfast should not have a thick dough, otherwise it will turn out unleavened pastry, but we do not need it.

From the filling with a spoon we take a small amount, knead the mass in hands and form a small ball. We place it in the center of the rolled out dough and close it. If it's hard for you to form such a patty, then you can use an alternative and simpler way. Make two flat cakes, put cottage cheese stuffing in the center and cover the top with the second cake. To hook the edges of both parts of the dough will be much easier and faster.

Oven or frying pan?

To prepare a quick khachapuri for breakfast, you can use two ways of baking the blanks: an oven and a frying pan. In the oven baked khachapuri at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
