Having dealt with what you can make a useful drink from, and having bought all the necessary ingredients, you can start making fruit juice. How to cook it correctly? This is not difficult at all. To do this, first of all, it is necessary to wash berries, fruits or vegetables, then separate the pulp from unnecessary, inedible parts (for example, pits or leaves). After that, the juice is squeezed out of the products. You need freshly squeezed concentrated juice, which immediately goes to the refrigerator. On the basis of what fruits will be selected, the amount of juice that will result will also depend. So, for example, almost all liquid is squeezed out of citrus, but with carrot juice it will take a long time to work. It is for this reason that it is better to do it in combination with some other, more juicy fruit. To obtain juice, it is better to use a juicer, so this process will be facilitated to a minimum.
