Preparation

Knead the dough. To do this, heat water or milk. Fill yeast with it (or dilute if yeast is fresh). In a separate container, mix the oil, salt, vinegar, pour the milk and add the flour. Knead the dough. It should be soft, not too steep, but not liquid. Cover the container with a towel. Leave for 40 minutes in a warm place. While the dough rises, take care of the filling. Wash the sorrel, dry it. Slice it finely. Rice boil, mix with greens. Fetu with a fork and add to the rice. Eggs whip. One yolk can be set aside for lubrication. Mix all ingredients together, add salt, oil and pepper. With salt, be careful - feta cheese is fairly salty. Divide the dough into three parts. One of them, one that goes to the bottom of the pie, do more. Roll it out so that the edges hang from the baking sheet. Lay out a portion of the filling, cover with a second rolled out piece of dough. Pierce it with a fork. Top with the rest of the stuffing, cover with the third layer of dough. Close the edges. Top the pie with the egg yolk. Bake in the oven for about an hour. The temperature should be at least 180 degrees for this dish from sorrel. Recipe, as you can see, is not complicated. The pie turns out tasty, with a little sourness.

You will need :

Sorrel, potatoes, boiled eggs, fresh cucumbers, mustard, green onions, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Preparation

Boil the potatoes, cut it into cubes. Pepper, salt and a spoon of oil mix with mustard. Season the sauce with potatoes. Cut cucumbers into straws, eggs - into circles, chop green onions. Sorrel chop into thin strips. Mix all ingredients with potatoes, mix, pour a little oil and serve to the table.
