Delicious and healthy food can be prepared at home. This dish is called "mushroom". The soup recipe is simple and does not require special skills. We offer several options for cooking.

Mushroom: recipe with porcini mushrooms

Required ingredients :

  • Fresh ceps - 500 grams;
  • Drinking water - 3.5 liters;
  • Carrots - 150 grams;
  • Several laurel leaves;
  • Potatoes - 600 grams;
  • Fresh onion - 150 grams;
  • salt and pepper.

Technology of preparation

Ingredients necessary for cooking :

  • Dry forest mushrooms (white, boletus) - 50 grams;
  • A small onion head;
  • A small fresh carrot;
  • Potatoes - 4-5 small tubers;
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. Spoons;
  • Salt and bay leaf.

Noble varieties of mushrooms, such as white, boletus, podberezoviki, are ideal for cooking dishes "mushroom". The soup recipe is very simple. You will need a pan with a special coating to fry the vegetables, or frying pan. Lay out the butter, melt and fry in it mushrooms. Dried product in the beginning, soak in water, leave to swell. Press the mushrooms and put them into the oil. Then cut the onions and carrots. Add them to the mushrooms. Salt, pepper. If all the liquid is absorbed, and the vegetables become dry, add more butter. Mushrooms absorb as much as necessary. You can use ghee. Now pour the ingredients with water. A lot of pouring is not worth it, the fungus should not be either liquid or thick. What you need to cook a mushroomer :

  • Champignons - 500 grams;

  • Carrots and potatoes;
