Provision of land plots to large families for full use on the territory of the Moscow Region

Virtually all issues related to the distribution, re-registration or redistribution of land in our country are determined by the provision of the land code, which is the main legislative act in such cases. In addition to it, the State Duma recently passed a law "On allocating land for free use to families considered to have many children in the Moscow Region", which made life easier for many of them and provided an opportunity to improve their living conditions.

In the Russian Federation, a family is considered to have many children, if it brings up at least 3 minor children. It should also be noted that even in the case of adoption and adoption of a child, as well as registration of guardianship, as a result of which a third child appears in the husband and wife, the family is equated to having many children. In this regard, the provision of land to large families is a very urgent issue.

Each parent seeks to provide his children with all the necessities, and the housing issue in this regard for most families is in the first place. And since recently there has been a clear trend of gradual migration of people to the suburbs, then young parents also want to have their own private home. In addition to the possibility of expanding the private house due to the extension, living in the countryside positively affects the health of young children. In this regard, a land plot for large families is simply vital, since the cost of land at the moment is very high and "unbearable" for many people. It is for this reason that governments of different countries strive to support the youth in every possible way, providing them with land for individual development, as well as for farming.

So, in order to provide land to large families became a reality, one should carefully study the relevant law and its main provisions. There are a number of conditions under which the family can claim a land plot:

  1. Parents of a large family must have Russian citizenship.
  2. Parents or a single father (mother) should be registered in Moscow or the region, and also live there for at least five years.
  3. A large family should not own land plots on the grounds of a personal acquisition or a life-long lease (long-term lease).

In addition, the granting of land to large families has certain norms, according to which the land destined for agriculture is being deconstructed and their re-registration under individual housing construction (individual housing development). Under the law, a large family can claim a plot of land up to 15 hectare in the suburbs. However, there is a small amendment, which allows the authorities to reduce the area of land, if it is owned by municipalities.

Provision of land to large families is carried out in order of priority, which depends on the date of submission of all permits, as well as on the number of those who wish to receive land. In connection with a large number of families, the procedure for obtaining a site may take several months. In addition, it should also be borne in mind that local governments may refuse to accept applications for a site in case of non-compliance with all requirements. The grounds for refusal may also be an incomplete package of documents, but even then the husband and wife have the right to re-apply. It should also be understood that we have a law-based state, and even in case of refusal by local self-government bodies, young people have the right to appeal this decision in the manner established in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Summarizing, it can be concluded that the allocation of land to large families is a positive trend, which indicates the gradual development of the social sphere in the area of providing large families with housing. Despite the fact that there are still a lot of problems, getting a free piece of land is already a big advantage for young parents.
