Innovative Way of Modernization of Russia.

The last few years these words almost daily sound from the TV screen. Most of the inhabitants of our country with a smile refer to these words. Many of these words are perceived as a fashion. But how is this process progressing in our country. The development of the Internet allows you to receive and send any information almost instantly. But most people in the country use the Internet as entertainment. In the Internet, on the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation, a large government has been formed. But there are just over six thousand people on the site. There are websites of the President of the Russian Federation and the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, where every citizen can make a proposal or complain about the action or inaction of an official. But only a few use this option. It prevents completely use the process of modernization and innovation, skepticism of citizens, lack of information and simple computer illiteracy. But so, it is necessary to correctly distribute forces aimed at modernization and innovation in the country. Russia has always been an agrarian country. This is due to the history and our geographical position. Therefore, it is necessary to send most of the forces to modernize agriculture. In Europe, industrial development is due to it, that they do not have enough land. If we modernize agriculture, then Russia will become a global supplier of environmentally friendly food products. Similarly, technologically, it is necessary to use the achievements of the world science and on the basis of these achievements to implement a qualitative and technological leap, rather than reinventing the bicycle twice. We have in Russia there are decades of scientific school. It is necessary to start modernization with it. To make personnel and technical reinforcement on the basis of various academies. Towns and research institutes, rather than building new centers from scratch that will take several decades to build productive work. Modernization and innovation is a necessary and necessary process in our country. But it is necessary, considering the territory of our country and the mentality to develop a program of modernization and innovation designed for 25-30 years.
