Next, chop the fish minced meat through a meat grinder, mix it with a chopped onion and finely chopped onions, crushed egg, salt, sugar and spices. The thick stuffing is neatly put into the fish skin and sewed, after which the thoroughly prepared pike can be sent to a sheet of oiled foil, wrapped and moved to the oven for an hour and a half (depending on the size). If you do not know how to cook pike in the oven correctly, or do it for the first time, you need to remember the cooking time, do not exceed it, so that the fish does not become excessively dry.

After the appointed time, the stuffed pike should be cooled and put into the refrigerator for several hours, and best of all - at night. Chilled fish can then be thinly cut, decorated with herbs, red currant berries or cranberries, as well as olives.

There is no dish more tasty for those who know how to cook pike in the oven in sour cream correctly. For those who do not know this, the following recipe is perfect. To create it, you need to take fish (1 kg.), Carrots and onions (2 pieces each), potatoes (400 grams). In addition, it will take a little vegetable oil, sour cream and mayonnaise, spices and spices to taste, as well as shredded greens. The cooking process takes about one hour - a little more if we consider the preparation of fish. And this is very important - before preparing pike in the oven, it must be cleaned, washed, dried, then divided into several portions. The prepared pike should be laid out in a pan or shallow pan for baking, greased with oil beforehand, sprinkle seasonings with spices. Then you can put on the fish on top of a layer of onions, cut into rings, mugs of carrots and potato cubes. Adding a few pieces of bay leaf, the dish can be poured with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream with chopped herbs, spices and spices. Next, the dishes go to the oven, and after an hour it can be removed and served to the table.

Any dish prepared from pike according to all the rules is incredibly tasty and attractive in appearance - there are practically no elite and expensive products that could compete with such works of culinary craftsmanship. Pike caviar is appreciated almost as highly and is no less appetizing than caviar sturgeon and salmon.
