At fans of every possible fashionable and exotic diets there is a chance to earn illnesses more seriously. For example, if you sit for a long time on a salt-free diet, the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and diabetes is sharply increased.
Protein diets are the way to increased pressure and the risk of developing atherosclerosis, which is promoted by high cholesterol in the blood. Osteoporosis, anemia and blood diseases can also result from such diets.
Deprived of fruits and vegetables will face constipation or diarrhea, intestinal spasms and general weakness.
But most of all, those who try to adjust their weight with pills are at risk. The consequence of this weight loss can be a hormonal imbalance with all that follows: disruption of the intestinal tract, insomnia and decreased endurance, high blood pressure, headache and vomiting. And with an overdose of drugs for weight loss may develop myocardial infarction, in severe cases, everything can end in a lethal outcome.
That's why dieticians recommend to use not diet, but rules of healthy rational nutrition, balanced both in terms of quantity and quality.
