A salt-free diet - what's the point?

So we are arranged that without salt, life is not nice to us, and the food seems tasteless and unpleasant. Of course, this is an important component that our body needs for normal work. But modern people consume far more salt than is required. Few people know that the daily need for a normal healthy man's salt is up to 15 grams in pure form. But it is necessary to take into account also the fact that many products already contain it in its composition. We are talking about fish, meat, sausage, half-finished products, bread, vegetables and so on. Therefore, in reality, we need only half a teaspoon of salt per day. You probably already thought that you are constantly overfulfil this rate? And it, unfortunately, so. It is important to remember that you should cook all the food exclusively without salt, eat 5 times a day, cook food only for a couple and forget about fried dishes.

On the exclusion of salt from the diet, the Japanese salt-free diet is also based. It is simple and gives good results. The most important thing is to refrain from sugar, salt, flour and alcoholic beverages. You can eat fish, meat, eggs, butter and so on. Its principle is based on the fact that in the process of dieting the body will be cleared of salt and sugar that pollute it. And from ordinary food, he will take all that is useful that he needs. If after the termination of a diet you will watch yourself and keep fit, then less than two weeks, you can get rid of as much from 6-8 kilograms.
