Then all components are mixed until homogeneous. The next step is to add two large spoons of flour and a baking powder for the dough. Next, the resulting mixture is spread in a greased form and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes (it must be preheated to 200 degrees). After the pie is cooked, it can be sprinkled a little with powdered sugar.

Mannick with raisins

First, a glass of manga is mixed with a glass of sour cream and set aside for about 30 minutes. Then add a glass of sugar, three eggs, vanilla sugar and flour. The flour must first be sifted and mixed with a baking powder. To the mass was homogeneous, all the ingredients must be beaten with a mixer. Next, add a lemon zest of one lemon and pre-soaked light raisins (half glass). Bake a lemon mannik for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven.

This recipe can be slightly varied if you exclude the flour from it, and instead of sour cream, take the cottage cheese. Raisins can be replaced with dried apricots. Some mistresses cut this mannik along so that the cakes are made. Each cake can be smeared with jam or cream based on sour cream - you will get a delicious lemon cake.

Mannick without flour and eggs

As in the traditional recipe, first it is necessary to fill the manke with kefir in equal proportions (1 glass / 1 glass) and insist 30 minutes. At this time, the crushed peel of one lemon is ground with a hundred grams of sugar. Next, the resulting mixture and 100 grams of butter are added to the manga and mix very well, while pouring soda (1 teaspoon). The dough should increase in volume. Then it is put in a preheated oven and baked for about forty minutes. While the lemon mannika is in the oven, it is necessary to prepare the impregnation. To do this, you need to squeeze the lemon juice into the warm water (100 ml) (from which the zest is removed) and add a spoonful of honey. If necessary, you can strain the resulting impregnation through a strainer. After the mannik is ready, you need to do it in different places with toothpicks and puncture the top with impregnation. Pie is best left in shape until the moment it cools.

Walnut-lemon mannik

Traditional dough for pie can be supplemented with other additives, for example nuts, you will get a very tasty lemon mannik. The recipe for its preparation is simple. Nuts should be pre-fried and chopped, and grind zest on the grater. Yolks of three eggs should be separated from proteins and added to sugar-grinded sugar (130 g of oil per 200 g of sugar). Then add to this mixture the usual yogurt, two cups of manga, zest and a little more than half a glass of chopped nuts, everything is mixed. The next step is to whip the proteins into a thick foam and add to the dough. The resulting mixture is spread into a mold. Bake a pie in the preheated oven until it is ready.

While the mannik is baked, you can prepare a syrup: dissolve a tablespoon of powdered sugar in a glass of boiling water and add lemon juice. 2-3 minutes before the pie is ready, it will need to be taken out of the oven and poured into syrup.
