As a spice for the marinade, cherry leaves, laurel leaves (several pieces per jar), a pod of hot pepper and a handful of fragrant.
Cucumbers wash, soak for a few hours in very cold water - they will become harder, stronger. Cut off their tails on both sides. At the bottom of the cans put spices and leaves, be sure - dill. Fill them with vegetables, pour the marinade, boil for 15 minutes. You can prepare such tasty crispy pickled cucumbers in two types: with slightly acidic filling (700 g of water, 200 g of vinegar (6%), 35 g of salt, 80 grams of sugar) and saturated (take 400 g of water, vinegar -liter, sugar 120-130 gr.). After sterilization, the cans are rolled up and left to cool.
