Cooking meat with plums is easy:

No less original will be meat with plums baked in the oven. For example, you can consider an interesting recipe of Chinese cuisine, which uses the following components:

800 grams of fresh plums and as much pork loin, 35 grams of vegetable oil, a bunch of green onions, 220 grams of canned water chestnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 sweet potatoes, a pair of small plates of ginger root, 8 grams of sugar, chili pepper and 2 tablespoons of rice wine .

The preparation of a meal usually takes no more than an hour:

  1. First of all, the oven should be heated to 190 degrees.
  2. Washed meat cut into large enough pieces, and then fry them lightly on both sides. Inside the product should remain moist.
  3. Prepared pork folded into a mold.
  4. There also add halves of plums, slices of chestnuts, sweet potatoes and chopped onions.

How else can you cook meat with plums? Recipes are very different. It all depends on which product will act as the main ingredient. Take, for example, an option for which you need an unusual set of products: 4 chicken fillets (you can take and legs), salt, 6 large plums, 35 grams of lime honey, 1 head of red onion, pepper, one teaspoon of rosemary , Curry and turmeric.

Prepare this dish you can without much difficulty:

  1. Chicken breasts need to be washed, dried and cut lengthways for better roasting.
  2. Cut pieces of meat into a bowl. Add spices, honey and leave for 2 hours to marinate.
  3. Chop the onions into half rings and lay them on the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. The second layer will be halves of plums, peeled.
  5. Place chicken on top and pepper it a little.
  6. The form is covered with foil and sent to the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Baking is gradual.

How do local chefs prepare meat with plum? Georgian cuisine is rich in various recipes. By tradition in this country the most favorite meat is lamb. If you use special methods and culinary tricks, after cooking, it turns out no worse than pork, chicken or beef. One of the most popular dishes in Georgia is chakapuli. Cooking chakapuly is very simple:
