If you cook in the second way, then at first you need to bake the chicken in the oven separately - 15 minutes on one side and 10 on the other. Then, each piece is transferred to another baking tray, we cover the meat with a pineapple ring, sprinkle with cheese and send it to the oven for another 7 minutes. The second method's advantages are that with such cooking each piece lies separately, portioned, it is more convenient to remove it from the pan and , Respectively, to serve to the table. And since pineapple very little time was subjected to heat treatment, it will be almost as fresh.

If you do not beat the chicken fillet, but put it on the baking tray as a whole, then the cooking time will take about 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

If the meat is cut into thinner layers and well repulsed, half an hour will be enough. If you want to get a crisp, then immediately turn on a large fire, 250 degrees, and put the pan in the preheated oven. After 10 minutes, the fire should be reduced to 180 degrees and even for 20-30 minutes bring the food to readiness. Then let the dish cool down - it is enough to stand for 10 minutes in the kitchen. And then you can immediately submit to the table.

Spicy salad

Recipes from chicken suggest not only a hot serve, but also cold appetizers in the form of salads. If you want to make an acute dish, you will need the following ingredients: chicken, pineapple, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Chicken fillet (we take 500 grams) boil in salt water (hereinafter this broth can be used for cooking the first dishes). Let the meat cool down and cut it into small pieces (about 3 by 3 centimeters in size). Add the cut pineapples (200 grams) to the meat. The same amount of hard cheese rubbed on the grater and add to it 3-4 cloves of finely chopped garlic. Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise. Spread this beauty in a deep vase and put it for half an hour in the fridge.

Before serving on the table on top of the salad, you can put a few pineapple rings - this will decorate the dish. You can also sprinkle the salad with pine nuts or grated walnuts. The leaves of basil, coriander, parsley will perfectly serve as an ornament.
