Bulgaria And Resorts

Country Bulgaria, also the Republic of Bulgaria is a maritime state in the South-Eastern part of the EU, in the east of the Balkan Peninsula on the Black Sea coast. Bulgaria has long been a Member of the United Nations, and NATO since 2004. In the eastern part has a coastline with the Black Sea. The borders pass with the states of Greece and Turkey in the southern part, with Serbia and Macedonia - in the west and with Romania - from the north.

The most ancient inhabitants of present-day Bulgaria, about which there is accurate information, were Thracians, Indo-European tribes, who lived here as early as the first millennium BC. By the I century before the New Era, the Thracian territories had entered the Roman Empire and were divided between the regions of Thrace and Mizia. Several centuries earlier on the shores of the Black Sea, Greek colonies appeared, from which the Thracians borrowed the Greek language. After the partition of the Roman state in 395, the Western and Eastern regions entered the Eastern Roman Empire. Since the VII century AD. E., as a result of the global migration of peoples, the southern Slavs began to settle in the Balkans, which led to the degeneration of the Franks.

This is only the beginning of the history of the Bulgarians. Now the country Bulgaria is one of the most developing resort countries, which can compete with Spain and even France with its Black Sea coast . Of course, all this became possible thanks to a large investment of forces from the side of the USSR. Bulgarians are warm to Russian, and this is seen in Bulgarian resorts. You will immediately notice the warm atmosphere in restaurants, in small family hotels, and simply in the markets of small towns.

These are the resorts of Albena, Riviera, Sunny Beach, Golden Sands, Sunny Day, Elenite, Pomorie-North, Kavatsite, Goldfish, Gradina and Dunes. The resorts of Bulgaria are considered to be among the most affordable in the world.

Bulgaria is also famous for its medical resorts. In Bulgaria, they treat such diseases as cardiovascular, gastrointestinal.

Since Bulgaria is in many respects a unique country, Bulgaria's property will always be in price. Now, during the crisis, Bulgaria is going through hard times, so real estate is falling in price. Actively sold hotels on the Black Sea coast, villas and restaurants. For example, in Elenite you can buy a house for only 000 Euro. The period of crisis is the best for purchasing your habitation on the coast, because the seaside will always be in price.
