Is failure in memory a disease or a norm?
Another foe of our body, provoking a failure in memory, is our extra weight. The presence of cholesterol in the blood leads to narrowing of the blood vessels, the blood flow is shortened, accordingly, the brain does not work at full strength - it is less saturated with oxygen, and high pressure leads to hypodynamia. Usually these two factors are inseparable from each other.
Another spy of memory is alcohol. Bitter poison has a negative effect on the brain, which is confirmed by such consequences as: foggy vision, slow reaction, stumbling legs, confused speech and a memory failure. All these "special effects" happen after taking alcoholic beverages. It saves only that all these symptoms, which appear after taking only a small amount of a dose of alcoholic beverages, quickly evaporate after the cessation of the intake of alcohol into the body. However, if you drink alcohol very often or in huge doses, their negative effect on the brain cells is noticeable even after the direct effect of alcohol has long been over.
Personally, I'm more inclined to the psychological explanation of the concept of "failure in memory." And I want to be in defense of our memorable mechanism. At once I will clarify that it will not be about the senile changes in memory, but about the elementary rejection of information.
People who have an accident often do not remember the details of the terrible tragedy. The more stress for the body, the better the memory hides something that we do not need to remember. You see, failure in memory is sometimes even useful: there are things that we better forget. Never complain about your memory, it always helps us, you only need to support it, train and supply with vitamins.
