Delicious and thick ketchup from plum for the winter
Despite the strange combination of vegetables and fruits ketchup from plums, cooked at home, it turns out very tasty and fragrant. This sauce can be filled with absolutely any dish. Especially it is like for pasta and various goulash with gravy.
Ketchup from plums: recipe
Components for workpiece:
- Tomatoes ripe - 3 kg;
- Plum violet overripe - 1 kg;
- Onion white - 4 heads;
