Filling rules

  8. Line 18 contains information about the vehicle. It indicates the number of cars, car, voyage, ship, platform. In the box "Container" put 1 if it is used. If not, indicate 0.
  9. Line 33 contains the product code. It is indicated without signs, except for numbers and spaces.
  10. Column 35 provides information on the gross weight.
  11. In 41 line indicate additional units of measurement.
  12. 42 graph contains information about the currency (its name is given, the numerical value of the price of the goods). In some cases, this line is not populated.

Timing

Registration of the document is carried out within 2 hours from the moment of granting. The transit time shall be established by the customs authorities, in accordance with the average transit time foreseen by the TS. This takes into account the order of rest and work. The duration of transit can not exceed the period determined from the calculation of 2 thousand km / 30 days.

Electronic form
