We receive child allowance

In this article we will talk about the concept - a benefit for children, who has the right to receive it, the characteristics of the receipt.

Monthly payments are received by the mother during the care of the child before reaching the age of one and a half years. What is the category of parents that belongs to this number? According to the current legislation, the right to benefit is:

  1. All persons of the Russian Federation residing on its territory;
  2. Persons of the Russian Federation who are on military service under the contract, employees in police, in executive structures, except for this. Here you can include people, civil specialties, working in military formations of Russia, citizens temporarily residing in the territories of other states;
  3. Foreigners residing on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as persons who do not have citizenship, include refugees who live in Russia.

In addition, they can receive benefits for disabled children. If you look at the other side, then there is a category of people who do not have the right to receive state aid. These include:

  1. Persons living in the territory of Russia and having citizenship, whose children are on full security, which they provided the state.
  2. Parents, citizens of Russia, deprived of the rights to raise a child.
  3. Persons who have changed their place of residence in the Russian Federation for permanent residence in another country.

On what does the child benefit depend: on the number of children or are there any other nuances? Every month, the child's father or his mother has the right to receive assistance from the state. Also this right extends to the guardian, adoptive parent or guardian, if they took custody of the child, adopted him or issued guardianship. And the allowance will be paid for each newly guarded, adopted child, until he turns 16 years old. If this is a student, the grant will be paid until the end of the studies, but no more than up to 18 years.

Benefit payments and their terms. If earlier the state provided assistance both to ordinary children and paid a benefit to disabled children, regardless of how much money parents receive, the conditions for payment have now changed. Monetary assistance is provided to families where the average per capita income is a subsistence minimum or less. And the allowance is given to either the father or the mother at the place of their work.

In order to receive monthly assistance, according to the new rules, you must file an application with the social protection authorities at your place of residence. The form of the established form can be obtained in the organs of the OSSN. The statement must provide accurate information about the incomes of the whole family: mother, father and children under the age of majority. Information should be for the last quarter or three months. Based on this information, the protection agencies will calculate how much each member of the family has and after that they will assign a child allowance. How is the amount of income calculated? All family income for a certain period is divided into three, and then by the number of family members. That is characteristic, any certificates which would be a confirmation of your income, it is not required. For you, you need to provide:

  1. The child's certificate.
  2. An extract from the house book and the financial and personal account.
  3. A document confirming that the child is studying, if he is over 16 years old.
  4. Passports of father and mother; If the child is over 16 years old, his passport is also.
