  1. On olive oil (3 tablespoons), shallots are ground and chili pepper (without seeds) cut into rings or semirings. After a couple of minutes, the sliced vegetables along with the oil are transferred to the blender bowl.
  2. Next, the remaining ingredients are added: rice wine, rice vinegar, soy sauce (4 tablespoons), liquid honey, cornstarch (2 teaspoons), and 50 grams of tofu cheese.
  3. All the ingredients are thoroughly crushed. After this, the finished Chinese sauce is transferred to the sauce bowl and served to the table. It fits well with the taste of meat or chicken.

It is difficult to imagine Chinese cuisine without the famous sweet and sour plum sauce. At the same time it is easy to prepare at home in your own kitchen.

To weld sweet and sour Chinese sauce from the sink, it is necessary to boil half a pitted plum (1 kg), grated ginger root (70 g), garlic (2 slices), sugar (100 g), cinnamon stick, rice vinegar (120 ml) and soy sauce (65 ml).
