A rich dish, enriched with vitamins, diversifies the daily diet. To prepare it you need to buy:

  • Three hundred grams of fresh veal;
  • 200 gr. Green garlic feathers;
  • The head of a red onion.

Food for refueling: dessert spoon of potato starch, zir, basil, 40 ml of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of sugar and salt. Take a glass of water, ginger, red and black pepper, chili, and soybean oil for frying.

Technological process

Only green feathers are suitable for food, without flowering arrows. Cut each shoot into small pieces. With veal we remove the film and remove the veins.
