How to cook seabass fast and delicious? To do this, take the necessary amount of fish, mine and dry with a towel. In this recipe you can use both fillets and whole, gutted carcass. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.

Put the fish on a baking tray. Top with any seasonings. You can take paprika or special options for this case. If desired, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice. Bake seabass for about 20 minutes. Then it can be served on a table with a side dish or vegetables.

Fish sea bass is also great for grilling. But it must be pre-marinated. To do this, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, any pepper and bay leaf. Fish should be smeared with the prepared mixture and leave for one hour, so that it is impregnated with the marinade. Then it is baked on the grill. In the marinade, you can add any seasonings and spices.

A feature of cooking such a fish is speed. With any treatment, it is ready in no more than 30 minutes. Seabass has an excellent taste, and in combination with other ingredients, an excellent dish is obtained.
