Cherry cake

Cherry cake is one of such desserts, which the guests will surely like on the festive table. If you decide to cook it, use the following recipes.

Cherry cake

Preparation of cherry jelly. Boil cherry juice, left from canned cherries, cool a little and add 15 g of gelatin. After the juice has completely cooled, pour it on the cherry cream and remove again for several hours in the refrigerator. Decorate the cherry cake with whipped cream, put it on a dish and serve it to the table.

Cake "Cherry Hill"

Mix 200 g of sour cream, 40 g of sugar, a pinch of salt and 200 g of softened margarine. The resulting mixture is chopped with a knife, and then kneaded and put for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Cherry covered with sugar, put in a colander and let the juice drain. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll them in sizes of 25x25 cm. Cut each part into strips 5 cm wide, lay them in a row of cherries and tie the edges. The resulting tubes are mixed on a baking tray and baked.

Cake "Winter Cherry"
