• Pumpkin should be grated and mixed in a bowl with salt and sugar;

• add soda to the bowl of kefir, stirring, let stand for 8-10 minutes, so that the pumpkin let the juice;

Apply the dough on a well-heated frying pan dipped in a glass of water with a tablespoon. Fry pancakes recommended under the lid, reducing the fire to medium. And for fans of "creative", try to add salted fritters cut into small cubes of frozen fat, it does not matter whether it is fresh or salty. Only in the second case, adjust the amount of salt added to the dough.

Of course, pumpkin pancakes, the recipe for which will be more dietary, if the flour is partially replaced with bran or ground oat flakes. You can use a manga or a Hercules. I would also like to note that the pumpkin can be successfully replaced by a tavern, especially in the salted version, practically, it will be invisible.
