Curd "Gourmand". Recipe for lazy housewives

Cheeses and pies with cottage cheese are the favorite delicacy of children. But even adult people, even those who follow a diet and proper nutrition, can safely afford such a delicacy as "Lakomka", the recipe of which we offer today. The main thing in this dish is that it is prepared very quickly and without much effort on the part of the hostess.

Festive "Gourmand"

This dish is perfect for a festive table and just as a treat for kids. Agree, not always our children eat well, say, curd casserole, served in the kindergarten. And to receive vitamins and minerals contained in curd, children's body is simply obliged. How to be? Of course, the output will be "Gourmet" with cottage cheese from shortcake, consisting of simple products found in every kitchen.

Ingredients and Cooking

To prepare the dough, you will need the following products: two chicken eggs, two hundred grams of cottage cheese, ten tablespoons of sugar, one hundred grams of margarine. "Lakomka", the recipe of which we propose, also contains flour - 15 table spoons, and soda, which must be extinguished with table vinegar.

For the preparation of curd cream should take: one hundred ml. Milk, two hundred grams of cottage cheese and the same amount of butter, a small dessert spoon of cocoa in powder, ten tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of vanillin (can be replaced with vanilla sugar powder).

We now turn to the preparation of dessert. Cottage cheese and shortbread dough is the main thing from which our "Gourmand" will consist. The recipe is simple and fast. First we take margarine and mix it with sugar. Before adding cottage cheese to the total mass, it should be passed through a meat grinder or crushed thoroughly with a fork. After these manipulations, we combine the curd mass with eggs, flour and margarine. Dough better beaten with a mixer to avoid the appearance of unpleasant and tasteless later lumps.

The resulting dough will need to be divided into three or four parts. "Gourmet" cottage cheese, the recipe of which we describe, requires a thinly rolled up dough, so this procedure will have to be given a maximum of time. Roll the pieces of dough into a greased baking tray and bake for ten minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.

While baked cakes, you can do the preparation of the filling. A lush and airy cream is the basis for the dessert "Lakomka". The recipe will require the use of such a kitchen assistant, as a mixer. We beat the butter, cottage cheese and vanilla sugar. Further in the mass, it is necessary to add milk heated on the plate.

The final stage will be the "gluing" of our blanks. We put a curd cream on one cake, close it with another cake. Top with cocoa powder and the remainder of the dough crumb. The resulting cakes can be cut into triangles, squares or include imagination and build unusual shapes, cut animals, etc.

Simplified "Gourmand"

If the time to prepare a minimum or the first recipe seems difficult to prepare for you, then take on a simplified version.

For cooking you will need: a kilogram of cottage cheese, half a kilogram of margarine, 100 grams of raisins, half a kilogram of flour, two hundred grams of sugar and one egg.

Cooking process

Cottage cheese should be mixed with softened margarine with a fork. Later we attach the mixer to the process and start whipping the mass, gradually adding the egg and flour. The resulting mass is not divided into parts, but rolled out with a single continuous cloth. We cut out circles and squares from it. You can use the forms for making cookies. From top to dough we put (pressing) a few highlights.

The oven for this recipe warms up to 200 degrees. On the baking sheet we cover the parchment, the paper for baking or smear it with oil. We put there curd "cookies" for fifteen minutes. "Gourmand" is ready.
