It is worth noting that you do not need to unroll all the pieces at once, otherwise they will dry out.

During cooking, the temperature of the oil should not be less than 160 degrees. Then the pieces will be fried to a golden color, they will not absorb a lot of oil and will be bubbly, light and appetizing-aromatic.
