Candles of Atsilakt

Candles "Atsilakt" are issued in packages of 10 pieces, they are wrapped in wax paper and packed in a cardboard box. These candles can be either cylindrical or cone-shaped, they have a specific smell, the color can be of different shades, from light beige to yellowish-gray, and minor inclusions or marbling are also allowed.

Candles "Atzilact" in its composition have living acidophilic lactobacilli, which are very large, in one dose contains about 10 ^ 7 bacteria. These bacteria are among the obligate for humans microorganisms. Candles "Atsilakt" are designed to correct microflora, both in the vagina and in the large intestine. In the normal state of the female body in the microflora of the vagina, lactobacilli predominantly predominate, which are also called the Dederlein sticks. They are involved in suppressing the growth of opportunistic microorganisms and maintain an acidic environment in the vagina. Candles "Atzilact" with the monthly are not introduced, they are designed to restore normal microflora.

The acidophilic lactobacilli that are part of this preparation have an increased capacity for acid formation, they also have high antagonistic activity against most pathogenic and opportunistic microbes, have increased adhesive properties that help to retain bacteria longer on the mucosa. These bacteria have resistance to the antibiotics used, which allows them to be prescribed when there is a violation of the bacteriocenosis of the intestine and female genitalia, as well as the oral cavity. Indications for use

Vaginal Acilact suppositories are used to treat diseases of female genitalia, which are accompanied by violations of normal microflora. Particularly relevant will be the use of this drug in pathological conditions, when there is a deficit of lactoflora of the female genital tract, which happens in the following diseases:

- senile colpitis, which are accompanied by the appearance of dryness and atrophy of the mucous membrane, the frequency of urinary infections increases. This is due to the fact that the amount of lactobacilli on the mucosa directly depends on the amount of estrogen produced by the body. That is why in the postmenopausal period, when estrogen deficiency occurs , the level of lactoflora decreases;

- nonspecific bacterial colpitis, which are caused by staphylococcus or E. coli;

- prolonged violation of purity of vaginal secretion up to 3-4 degrees;

- bacterial vaginosis, which is accompanied by the growth of anaerobic flora, and there is a sharp depletion of the vaginal mucosa with lactobacilli. In this case, "Acilact" is used in complex therapy, together with the local application of metronidazole or clindamycin;

- after prolonged antibiotic therapy, when the natural microflora of the vagina is suppressed;

- the emergence of vaginal dysbiosis, when there are inflammations of the neck of the body, as well as the appendages of the uterus;

- for the prevention of bacterial colpitis and cystitis, when frequent changes in sexual partners occur;

- in the treatment of microplasma infection and chlamydiosis of the female reproductive tract in conjunction with other drugs;

- in preparation for planned gynecological operations to prevent the occurrence of infectious complications after surgery;

- during the preparation of the birth canal for childbirth, since the newborn is formed from the very beginning of the biocenosis of the intestine, and it will largely depend on the microbial state of the genital tract of the mother.

Vaginal suppositories are administered twice a day by one candle, the course of treatment is from 5 to 10 days. It can be repeated after 10-20 days for 4 months.
