As in any confectionery, the entire list of ingredients is reduced to two large parts - a list of products for cakes and for cream. So, in order to get special cakes that distinguish the "Snickers" cake, the recipe obliges to prepare the following ingredients:

  • One culinary glass of flour, it is faceted, or for those who prefer precise measures - 200 grams;
  • One culinary glass of sugar, in contrast to flour, is 175 grams;
  • Eggs - some confectioners suggest using 6 pieces, others only 4, but most insist on the classic "middle", namely - 5;
  • Chocolate - depending on how intense the taste is preferred by the culinary expert, it is suggested to use from 70 to 100 grams, it can be replaced with cocoa powder - a "fork" of 3 to 6 table spoons is also proposed;
  • Sour cream - 1 glass, can be replaced with milk, but use 2 cups;
  • 5 grams of baking powder (or 2 teaspoons), you can replace the soda in a teaspoonful ;
  • Vanilla to taste.

The names of cakes are sometimes closely related to their cream. "Snickers" in this respect is no exception. And, like the chocolate bar, this sweet temptation has three different impregnations. So, for the first cream you need a very fat cream (the percentage should not be less than 30) in the volume of 400 milliliters and sugar - only two tablespoons.

The second cream includes a jar of condensed milk, butter, previously softened, in the amount of one hundred grams and the same amount of ground peanuts pre-fried. The third cream can only be conditionally named as such. Strictly speaking, this chocolate icing, for which you need a hundred grams of chocolate and milk (two tablespoons).

The first thing to do is bake cakes. To do this, the yolks separated from the proteins are whipped with sugar and vanilla. Next, in warm milk, chocolate is dissolved. It is best to do this in a water bath, because The melting point of this sweetness is only 36 degrees. For those who prefer to use cocoa, the instruction is the same: the powder should form a monotonous mass with milk. After this happens, a sugar-egg mixture is added to the chocolate milk. The delayed proteins should be whipped into a foam, and then combined with flour and baking powder, later add the milk-egg mixture.

There are several options for baking cakes. According to the first, the gas oven is heated to 180 degrees (electric - up to 200). The whole volume of dough is poured into the mold, it is sent to the oven for twenty-five minutes. The second option offers the same procedure, only the entire volume of the test is divided into two parts and baked in two forms. The third option involves the use of multivarkers. For this purpose, the whole mass is poured into the bowl and in the "baking" mode a timer is set for 40 minutes, checking the readiness of the wooden stack.

After the cake is baked, it should be cooled, previously cutting into two parts. If a second version of baking was used, then it is not necessary to separate the biscuits. At this time, you should prepare the creams.
