How to cook hot rolls?

All have ever heard such an expression as hot rolls, or, as they are called in another way, tempura rolls. This article describes how to step-by-step prepare their home. It is only a few times to try to make them at home, and they will be obtained no worse than the restaurant.

Advantages in the preparation of rolls at home weight. For example, when preparing rolls yourself, you know that the products chosen for this are quality and fresh. If you cook hot rolls in the company, then this is quite an exciting activity. And, of course, rolls cooked at home are not so tangible in financial terms, as when visiting a restaurant.
Filling for hot rolls, you can choose a variety, for example, shrimp, smoked eel or crab meat, sea bass, salmon or salmon. In addition, you can use avocado, cucumber, caviar or "Philadelphia" cheese. The difference between ordinary rolls and hot ones is that hot rolls are baked in the oven or fried in batter, and, of course, they are eaten hot. You will need a kit for making rolls. It can be purchased at a specialized store.

Hot rolls. Preparation

First, evenly distribute the rice cooked in advance, intended for sushi, on half of the nori sheet. The second half is covered with the rice we have spread. The filling that you prefer, in our case, is salmon and cucumber, lay out on half the sheet, which we covered the cooked cereal. Next, fold the bamboo mat and form a roll.
Then we raise the gluten, using tempura flour for this purpose in cold water. Before frying rolls, they must first dipped in flour, and only then in the batter. Fry the roll until golden brown, using a cast-iron dish or fryer. It is necessary to turn it periodically during the whole frying.

The fried roll must be soaked with a napkin so that excess fat absorbed into it. Cut into pieces and serve it with wasabi, soy sauce and ginger. Hot rolls with salmon and cucumber are ready! Bon Appetit!

Hot rolls with shrimps, avocado and salmon

Prepare a classic roll with a salmon filling, about five centimeters in diameter. Next, make sauce spice. To do this, mix Japanese mayonnaise (about six spoonfuls) and hot chili sauce (half teaspoonful). Then finely chop the avocado, shrimp, and mix them with spicy sauce, then spread over each roll. Cover the filling with a teaspoon of sauce and for a few minutes put the rolls in the oven or in the microwave to the "grill" mode until the crust is formed, it should turn out to be very delicate and melting in the mouth.

In this recipe for rolls, there is no need to use oil and roasting, which means that they turn out to be low-fat. It is important not to forget that hot rolls should be consumed in a hot form, so do not wait for them to cool and lose their unique taste.
