A lovely and delicate dessert "Milphia" will please every member of the fairer sex. For its preparation, you can use a variety of ingredients, including fresh fruit. Thanks to this cake "Milfey", the recipe of which will be considered in the article, it turns out to be really refreshing.

Cake with raspberries

This option is very popular, because the dish is delicious and tender. For this dessert, or rather for 4 servings, you need to take such ingredients: 200 g of puff pastry, 450 g of fresh raspberries, 220 g of cream, 120 g of powdered sugar and fresh mint leaves.

Cooking process

Of course, you can prepare puff pastry yourself, but this recipe will use a store dough to save a lot of time during which the cake is cooked. A delicious and light dessert is prepared according to the scheme presented below.

  1. The dough should be cut into identical rectangles, put on a baking tray and bake in an oven, which must be preheated to 200 degrees. When you see that the dough is covered with golden crust, you can get it. Ready-made strips should be divided into 3 parts.
  2. In a bowl, pour out the cream, add the powdered sugar and beat until a thick foam.
  3. Now it's time to form cakes. Put one part of the dough with cream, put raspberries, cover with the next part and so on. You can decorate the prepared dish with powdered sugar and raspberry leaves.

Dessert "Milphia" from pancakes

This option is very satisfying, but at the same time light and, of course, delicious. To make this dessert, you need to bake the usual sweet pancakes. For the cream, take the following ingredients: 400 grams of Philadelphia cheese, 150 g of cream 33% fat and the same bilberry jam or jam. Also in this recipe you need a sauce, which consists of 250 g of 22% cream, the same amount of sugar, 1 g of vanillin and 20 g of liquor "Baileys."

Milfey: recipe for cooking

  1. First bake pancakes, which you should have a thickness of about 2 mm.
  2. Now prepare the cream. For him, whip the cream until lush foam is created, and then add cheese and jam portionwise. Mix all the ingredients in a homogeneous mass.
  3. We start to collect the cake. On the table we put a food film, and on it a pancake which we grease with a cream, then again a pancake and so on. In the end, you need to make 6 layers, if you want, then more. The finished dessert is wrapped in a film and placed in the freezer for 4 hours.
  4. While the cake is in the fridge, you can cook the sauce. To do this, put the sugar in the sauté pan and, on low heat, we will sink it to the state of caramel. Stirring constantly, add the cream until completely dissolved. When this happens, add the liquor, vanilla and mix thoroughly again.
  5. Serve dessert, dividing it into portions and watering the sauce. To decorate the dish, use fresh berries and mint.

Cake with Praline

For this option, you need a chocolate dough that you can prepare yourself by simply adding a small amount of cocoa to your regular recipe. Thanks to this, you get a cake, tasty and light, which can be served for any celebration. For dessert you need the following ingredients: 120 g hazelnut, 250 g butter, 4 eggs, 140 g sugar, vanilla sachet, 120 g fat cream, 35 g corn starch, 420 g milk, 800 g puff pastry and 50 g cognac.

Cooking process

The cake "Milfei", the recipe of which is very simple, is prepared for a little over an hour.

  1. Ready-made dough should be cut into 3 pieces measuring 20x30 cm.
  2. Let's start preparing a cream for which you need to mix milk and cream. Put the pan on a low fire. In another bowl, carefully mix the egg, 3 yolks, 90 g of sugar and corn flour.
  3. When you see that the milk begins to boil, pour the third part to the eggs, while stirring constantly. After this, the resulting mass is added to the remaining milk and continue to stir until the cream is brewed. Wrap it with a film so that it touches the cream, and put it on the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Now prepare the praline. Take the frying pan, pour in 50 g of sugar and stir until it melts. As soon as this happens, put the nuts there and prevent them from covering the caramel completely. Make sure that sugar does not become brown, as it will be bitter. After you put the nuts on the pastry paper and let them cool. Then take the blender and turn it into a powder.
  5. The dough should be divided into 3 equal parts and baked at 170 degrees in the oven for half an hour. After that, take out the baking tray and turn the cakes to get out the excess air, press them down with a towel. Put the cakes again in the oven for half an hour.
  6. We return to the cream. In a bowl, whisk to a homogeneous mass of butter, cognac and praline. The cream, which was infused in the refrigerator, we take out and slightly stir. Now you need to gently combine the two creams into one.
  7. It's time to finish the cake "Milphia", the recipe of which has just been reviewed. Alternately, cover the cakes with cream, and then cut the dessert into portions, sprinkled with powdered sugar before serving.

Lemon cake

The dish is designed for 2 servings. Cake "Milphia", the recipe of which we will now consider, is only half an hour. For him you will need such ingredients: 3 whole eggs and 2 proteins, juice and zest with 2 lemons, a glass of sugar, 7 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, packing puff pastry, 7 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a glass of your favorite Berries.

Cooking process

  1. First we will make a cream. We put the sauté pan on a slow fire, pour out the sugar into it and drive in 3 eggs. There we also send zest and juice of lemons, and also butter. The cream should be constantly stirred, so that no lumps are formed. When it thickens, remove from heat and put in the refrigerator.
  2. Take the dough and one sheet with a protein. Place the next one on it, again coat with the protein and cover with the last sheet. Take any round shape, even a glass will fit, and cut out pastry cookies.
  3. Put the frying pan on the fire, add there melted butter and fry the biscuits on both sides for a few seconds until golden.
  4. Take a plate for serving, pour a couple of spoons of cream on the center and put one cookie on it. Again, a few spoons of cream and berries, from the top we cover with another biscuit. We repeat the procedure again. Everything, dessert is ready.
