Cake and dumplings with strawberries
For the preparation of ordinary vareniki we will need:
Fresh or frozen strawberries - 650 g;
Flour, water and three eggs.

Then we prepare strawberries. First, wash it and dry it with a paper towel. After the excess water is gone, cut the strawberries into slices.
We cook directly vareniki with strawberries. In the middle of each round of dough, spread the strawberries, sprinkle it with sugar and close the dumpling.
In the boiling water throw vareniki and cook for about 8 minutes. Ready vareniki with strawberries can be served to the table with sour cream.

Baking with strawberries is very tasty, because at the expense of strawberries it turns out juicy and sweet.
Kefir - about one glass;
A glass of cane or ordinary sugar;
Eggs 2 pieces, if large or 3 - if small;
Half a spoonful of soda;
500 g of flour;
Strawberry, preferably fresh, about 500 g.
Preparation of pie with strawberries
To begin with, separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them into a lush foam. Next, mix egg yolks with kefir, then add sugar and a little water. We mix everything thoroughly. After laying in the resulting mixture whipped pre-proteins, flour and knead the dough. The flour should be added gradually to avoid the appearance of lumps.
Then you need to grease the baking dish with oil (you can cook a pie and a multivark, but for this you need to divide the strawberries into two parts and cook more than one pie, and two, since strawberries can give too much juice). Spread half the dough into the mold, then put strawberries on it and cover with a second layer of dough.
We put in an oven preheated to about 180 degrees and bake for half an hour. Readiness of a pie can be defined by a stick - if the cake is ready, the stick will remain dry.
Curd dumplings with strawberries
Composition:
powdered sugar;
Eggs - three pieces;
Sour cream - one spoon;
Cottage cheese - one packet;
Mint - at will;
Sugar - half a spoonful;
salt;
soda;
vanilla sugar;
Strawberry - about 500 g;
Flour - 450 g;
butter.
Once the curd mixture is covered with bubbles, you need to add flour. Then knead the dough, roll it into a bundle, cut the bundle into small pieces and roll them into circles. In the middle of the mug we spread strawberries, previously boneless in powdered sugar, and join the edges. Then dumplings should be dipped in butter.
