Buckwheat with mushrooms and onions is a dish that can be used as an independent, and not just as a garnish. Try to cook it according to one of the suggested recipes. You will need croup (2 cups), 250 grams of champignons, medium onion, olive and butter, salt and black pepper. Now you will see that buckwheat with mushrooms and onion is prepared quite simply. Champignons must be cut into plates, onions - cubes. You have to rinse the buckwheat and boil it.

There are some secrets here. Buckwheat can be cooked in different ways. Some people first prefer to fry it in a skillet. But the simplest is this way: take two glasses of buckwheat and four - water, bring to a boil over a large fire, lower it, put salt in a saucepan, cover with a lid and boil for 20 minutes. As a result, almost all the water will boil away. You need to give the buckwheat to brew.

So, back to the recipe. Buckwheat with mushrooms and onion itself will not cook. Onion should be pasted on a small fire, then add to it mushrooms, pepper and salt. Finished groats and olive oil are also sent there. All this should be mixed and slightly warmed. You can put a little butter in the plates with the prepared dish.

And here is a recipe that will help you cook such a delicious dish as buckwheat with mushrooms and sour cream. You will need 130 grams of cereals, one egg, 150 grams of champignons, 3 tbsp. L butter (cream) and a few breadcrumbs. Sauce for this dish you will prepare from 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 onion, 50 grams of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt. Boil the buckwheat, add the egg and butter to it. Stir it all. Mushrooms must also be boiled, then take them out with a noise cut into halves. Now you can make the sauce: the flour is dried in a dry frying pan, cooled, diluted with 50 grams of mushroom broth. All this must be stirred so that there are no lumps. Now combine the floury dressing with finely chopped onion, sour cream and cook the sauce for about ten minutes.

This dish will be baked in the oven. Sprinkle the baking sheet over the vegetable oil, put on the buckwheat with a slide with a depression in the middle. Put mushrooms in it. All this is poured over the sauce and sent to the oven for 7 minutes. This buckwheat with mushrooms and onions, as well as sour cream will not leave anyone indifferent.

To diversify the diet, try to prepare something special. Buckwheat with vegetables, the recipe of which is presented below, was prepared yet in Russia. Take a glass of cereals, beets, sweet pepper (red), onion, carrot, tablespoon tomato paste or three tomatoes. Let's start. Onions (semirings) pass on oil, add to it carrots, grated, in a couple of minutes - beets in the same form, chopped sweet pepper, and then - tomato paste. All this stew for about three minutes. Now you can pour raw rind, fry it for about a minute, then pour a glass of water (boiling water) into the pan, cover it with a lid and leave for about 20 minutes. At the very end, the dish sprinkles with greens and mixes.

So, it does not matter which recipe you choose, anyway buckwheat with mushrooms and onion, sour cream, vegetables or other ingredients will become an ornament of your table.
