Has a prolonged type of action, which allows you to develop short courses of treatment (from 3 to 5 days) and take it once a day, or one hour before meals, or two hours after eating, in the form of tablets or capsules. Infusion is used for the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia and infectious-inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs.

Side effects are manifested by dizziness, drowsiness, increased fatigue and nervousness; Possible a feeling of palpitation and pain in the chest, various dyspeptic disorders, pancreatitis, the onset of liver failure. Also possible allergic reactions to the drug in the form of anaphylactic shock, angioedema, urticaria.
