Be careful, Tsiprolet! The instruction warns

The active substance of the drug "Ciprolet" is ciprofloxacin. This substance belongs to the group of antimicrobial fluoroquinols, and it is it that determines the medicinal actions of this drug.

How does Tsiprolet work? Its application is based on the ability of ciprofloxacin to inhibit the DNA of microorganisms. The action of the drug does not depend on the state of bacteria: it stops their vital activity both in a state of rest and in a state of active vital activity.

The drug "Tziprolet" instruction describes in detail the healing properties. It is active for all kinds of bacteria. It is used to inhibit the activity of Chlamydia, Neisseria, Moraxella, Yersinia, Edwardsiella, Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, Enterobacter, Staphylococcus, Pasteurella, Campylobacter, E. coli, Branhamella, Plesiomonas, Salmonella, Streptococcus, Haemophilus, Listeria, Brucella, Providencia, Corynebacterium, Shigella , Pseudomonas, Legionella, Citrobacter, Aeromonas, Serratia, Proteus (indolotricative and indolpositive strains), Hafnia. Diseases, provoked by these microorganisms, are well cured by Tsiprolet.

However, there are still some diseases, the causative agents of which selectively (variably) are amenable to treatment with the drug "Tziprolet". The instruction calls Mycobacterium fortuitum, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Steptococcus viridans, Flavobacterium, Gardnerella, Alcaligenes, Streptococcus pyogenes, and some other microorganisms.

What diseases does Ciprolet treat? Indications for use of the drug are very extensive. The medicine is prescribed for infections:

Respiratory organs,

- skin,

- Muscular tissues,

- stomach or intestines,

- genitals,

- bile ducts,

- ENT organs,

- as well as peritonitis.

In addition to therapeutic purposes, Ciprolet, (the instruction provides explanations) is used to prevent the occurrence of diseases in patients who are being treated with immunosuppressive drugs.

Like any potent drug, Ciprolet (the instruction for this warns) has side effects. Unfortunately, there are many of them. Therefore, it is dangerous for health to cure Ciprolet without a doctor's recommendation. Only a specialist who is familiar with the diagnosis and with anamnesis is able to select the proper dosage of the medicine, determine the duration of the course of treatment.

So, what are the side effects of Ciprolet? The instruction lists:

Digestive system: diarrhea or constipation, nausea, changes in liver function, development of hepatitis, taste change, hepatonecrosis, anorexia;

Nervous system: nightmares at night, sleep disturbances, depression, confusion, hallucinations, panic attacks, headache, tremor, decreased pain, deafness. Occasionally, there may be psychotic manifestations, during which the patient tries to harm his body;

Cardiovascular system: tachycardia, sudden pressure fluctuation;

Urinary system: all kinds of urination disorders, interstitial nephritis, urethral bleeding;

Allergic manifestations: exudative erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson's disease , Lyell's syndrome, photosensitivity, pinpoint effusions, bloody blisters, vasculitis, etc.

In addition, the administration of the drug "Tziprolet" (the instruction on this mentions) may be accompanied by general weakness, musculoskeletal pain, colitis.

When prescribing a medicine, the doctor takes into account that there is a group of patients to whom it is contraindicated. These are people suffering from colitis, patients with hypersensitivity, children, lactating women and pregnant women.

Do not use the drug without the permission of a doctor. As can be seen from the previous description, this can be deadly.

Analogues of the drug are drugs produced in other countries: Ciloxane, Cyflox, Quipro, Ciprinol, Zindolin, Quintor, Atinoxin.

In addition to tablets, Ciprolet is released in the form of drops, intended for the treatment of infectious eye diseases.

Drops have the same contraindications as tablets, so they should also be handled with care.
