Nase gel - product description

Nyz gel is an inhibitor of COX-2 and is considered an NSAID. Has analgesic, excellent anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect.

Nise - description of the drug

This drug slows the aggregation of platelets and the release of histamine, reduces bronchospasm caused by the effects of acetaldehyde and histamine. The synthesis of TNF alpha, which causes the formation of cytokines, is also inhibited.

Naise gel has a powerful antioxidant effect, decreasing the activity of the myeloperoxidase enzyme. Activates glucocorticoid receptors. With topical application, after a short time, it causes the disappearance or weakening of pain, removes the morning stiffness of the joints and their swelling. Thanks to Naise, the volume of movements increases. The drug is often prescribed by dentists. After all, Naiz from toothache helps very well.

Indications for use (there are, as you can see, quite a lot):

- rheumatoid arthritis;

- psoriatic arthritis;

- radiculitis;

Ankylosing spondylitis;

- Lumbago;

- sciatica;

- osteoarthrosis;

- arthralgia;

- myalgia of different genesis;

- tendinitis and bursitis;

- Postoperative pain.

Use of the drug

Before you start using the Nyz gel, you need to wash the surface of the skin well and dry it. Carefully and evenly apply the drug a thin layer (do not rub it). The length of the strip is about 3 cm. Apply 3 times a day.

The amount of gel varies depending on the area of the treated area and the patient's reactions.

It is not recommended to use the drug for more than 10 days.

Overdose is unlikely. In case of accidental ingestion, the following reactions are possible:

- impaired renal function;

- Increased blood pressure;

- Gastrointestinal irritation;

- convulsions;

- liver failure;

- respiratory depression.

Overdosing can occur if more than 50 g of gel is applied to a large area.

Treatment

It is necessary at once to wash out a stomach, to drink the activated coal and urgently to spend symptomatic therapy (is spent by the doctor). There is no specific antidote for Nyz gel. Such measures as forced diuresis with hemodialysis are ineffective.

Sometimes the manifestation of drug interaction (as the drug competes for binding to proteins) is possible. This can happen when Naise is administered with phenytonin, digoxin, other NSAIDs, antihypertensive drugs, lithium preparations, anticoagulants, diuretics, methotrexate.

The drug is not recommended for pregnancy.

Side effects:

- nausea, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea, toxic hepatitis;

- dizziness, headaches;

- skin rash, bronchospasm, anaphylactic shock ;

- Thrombocytopenia, anemia, leukopenia;

- Hematuria, fluid retention;

- Itching, flaking, hives.

Do not be frightened by this list - almost all medicines have some side effects. As a rule, this happens when taking the drug at the maximum dose and when used for a long time. If you observe unwanted events, stop taking Naise and make an appointment with the doctor.

Contraindications

- Dermatoses, skin infections, epidermal damage in the area of application (scratches, wounds);

- Hypersensitivity.

The drug with caution prescribed for hypertension, heart problems and diabetes, visual impairment, liver failure.

Long-term use requires monitoring of kidney function. The drug should be applied to undamaged areas of the skin, avoiding getting on wounds, scratches. Do not allow the gel to get into the mucous membranes and the eyes, but also to avoid contact with airtight dressings. After applying the hand, gently wash with soap. Close the tube tightly. The product will deteriorate much more quickly when in contact with air.

The drug is suitable for 3 years.
