Baking with cherries is a sweet and sour taste that does not bother. You can use both frozen, fresh, and canned cherries. With it, you get delicious cakes, pies, muffins, puddings, casseroles. If you have a cherry, then cook with it pastries according to the following recipes.

Baking with cherries: pie "Viennese"

What and how much is required by prescription:

- cherry frozen (if the case is in winter) - 800-900 g;

- Wheat flour (w / s) - 200 g;

- oil draining. Softened - 180 g;

- eggs - 4 pieces;

- baking powder - 1 spoon (tea);

- almonds;

- Powder or sugar - 140 g;

In a bowl, whip butter with sugar, gradually adding 1 egg each. Continuing to stir, enter one part of the flour, baking powder, salt and vanillin. Stir and at the end add another part of the flour, mix. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, treat the form with oil, pour the dough, top with cherry and almonds. Send the cake to the oven for half an hour (you can 5 minutes more). In any case, check the readiness with a match or a stick. Sprinkle powdered sugar with powdered sugar.

Baking with fresh cherries: curd and cherry Brownie

For this delicious baked dessert the following products will be required.

For the dough:

  • 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • 150 g of flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g of sugar;

Sift the sifted flour with soda and add to the previous mixture, carefully stirring to leave no lumps. The bottom of the mold should be transferred with baking paper, the edges should be processed with butter. First place the third part of the dough, put on it half of the berries without pits, pour the curd paste. The next step is again the third part of the dough, the second half of the cherries and the rest of the curd paste. Dough to keep the dough evenly on the whole form. Final stage: put the last, third part of the dough and send it to the oven for 50 minutes. Cook at 180 degrees, do not open the door. When you get the brownie, let it cool down, but so that when served it is still warm. Curd-chocolate pastry with cherries is ready!

Prescription-based products:

  • Puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
  • Cherry -200 g (frozen, fresh - what is);
  • Starch - 4 tablespoons (tea), sugar.

How to cook

Wash and peeled cherries in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar (5 tablespoons). It is necessary to pull out the juice from them. Ready puff pastry roll in a layer, make it rectangular parts. They should not be too thick (3 mm is enough). For each piece put a spoonful of cherries, sprinkle them with starch (0.5 teaspoon). This will not allow the juice to leak out of the pies.
