To do this, you will need: 400g cookies, 150g butter, 200g condensed milk, 20g cocoa powder, 10g liqueur or cognac, you can wine. Using a grater, a meat grinder or a combine, cookies are turned into small crumbs and cocoa powder is added. Condensed milk is mixed with softened butter and cognac. The resulting mixture is combined with crumb and thoroughly kneaded until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Next, they form cakes in the form of potatoes and clean in a refrigerator for several hours. At will, you can cover them with glaze, decorate with cream or whipped cream, sprinkle with nuts. Pastry cake is ready, you can enjoy your own creations.
