Aromatic blueberry cake: a recipe for muffins

  • One and a half glasses of flour;
  • one egg;
  • 150 ml of milk;
  • Half a glass of kefir;
  • 60 g of butter (softened);

  • Granulated sugar to taste;
  • Lemon peel - about 10 g;
  • Fresh or frozen blueberries in the amount of 200 grams.

Cream products:

  • Butter (50 g);
  • Cream cheese (60 g);
  • vanillin;
  • 5 g of lemon juice;
  • powdered sugar.

Technological process

To bake a blueberry cake, you will need paper or silicone molds. First we mix the dough from the dry ingredients: mix the flour, baking powder, soda and sugar. In a separate container, we'll take an egg with butter to a homogeneous consistency, then pour out the milk, kefir and rub the zest. We will combine flour and creamy masses.

The dough is almost ready, it remains to fill berries, gently mix, not suppressing blueberries. Using a spoon, we spread the sweet mass on the molds, pre-lubricated with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C, not more than 7 minutes, so that the dough inside remains juicy. Ready muffins (blueberry cake) should be cooled before applying the creamy mass.

We make sweet: mix with creamer cream cheese, butter, vanillin and lemon juice. Gradually add the powdered sugar. It turns out a thick mixture, which we smear the surface of the baked goods. We give the treat to cool, serve with hot drinks (tea, coffee). Instead of a cream it is possible to use fresh berries, whipped cream, chocolate crumb.

Apple-blueberry cake: a recipe in a multivariate

Instructions

In a thick foam, beat the eggs, then add sugar, without turning off the mixer. After that we lay down the melted butter, pour in warm milk, sift the flour. Stir well and pour the remaining ingredients (vanillin, baking powder). In the end, you get a batter, like pancakes. With apples peel off the skin, rub the flesh.

Put all the fruit in the dough. Pour the mass into the bowl of the multivark. Set the "Baking" mode to 50 minutes. Blueberry cake will surprise with pleasant taste, tender structure and softness. The product can be prepared in an oven by overflowing the dough into small molds. For completeness of taste in the middle, put a piece of chocolate. It turns out classic muffins.
