  • Flour - 1 tsp;

You can peel the apricots from the peel, but given its useful properties, it is better not to do so. Just get the stones out of the fruit and put the flesh in the blender (you can cut the halves into 4 parts each). Then, clean the pumpkin, cut into medium cubes and add to the apricots. Grind it. The resulting mass is transferred to a separate saucepan, at the bottom of which there must be very little water. Add the flour, mix and turn on for 6-7 minutes a faint light, so that the mass slightly boils. After this, shift the mashed potatoes into a plate, add yogurt and decorate with greens.
