Snack from salmon is an excellent option for a gala dinner or a buffet table. Small rolls or sandwiches will surely be enjoyed by all guests, and most importantly, they will take very little time to prepare them.

Cottage cheese is mixed with horseradish and pepper. Strips are laid out on a sheet of foil or thick paper and coated with a curd mixture. The sheet is tightly wrapped with rolls and put in the fridge for an hour, so that it grinds slightly and soaks.

On skewers or toothpicks string a cube of salmon, a quarter of a slice of lemon, a green olive, another lemon and another cube of fish. If there is room left, the sequence can be repeated. Finished skewers spread on a plate and decorate with greens.

Lettuce leaves are washed and cut into large cubes of 3 cm. Salmon is cut into thin slices 2 cm long and mixed with spinach. Grapefruit is peeled, seeds and veins, leaving only flesh, squeeze juice in a single cup in a separate cup, cut and added to a cup of salmon. The juice is mixed with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and 1h. Spoon of green pepper and salt. Mix everything and pour the sauce over the fish with spinach. Snack is allowed to brew for half an hour, and then it is served to the table.

Salmon is not the only type of fish from which you can prepare a good snack. A snack from trout is no less delicious.

For its preparation you will need: fresh fish, chicken egg -2pcs, mayonnaise, greens and garlic. Fish are boiled in salted water and cooled, remove all bones and knead soft meat with a fork. Eggs are boiled and the yolk is separated from the protein. Yolk is mixed with pepper, a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and fish fillets, and the protein is crushed and added to it chopped green parsley and dill. From a trout form balls, which are rolled in proteins, and then spread on a dish.

To quickly get a snack after work or to feed suddenly overtaken guests, a snack of sprats will do.

You will need a loaf, a can of sprat, butter and a pickled cucumber. Loaf or white bread cut into pieces with a thickness of about a centimeter. The surface of each piece is smeared with a thin layer of butter. Then put 1-2 slices of pickled cucumber and 1-2 fish.

A sandwich with sprats can be prepared with fresh vegetables. For cooking you need: a loaf, butter, garlic, mayonnaise and a tomato. The cut pieces of the loaf are fried in butter. Garlic is ground, mixed with mayonnaise and applied to the surface of a roasted piece of a loaf. Top put a couple of sprats and close the sandwich with a slice of tomato.
