So, here's one of the options. Take a kilogram of potatoes, two onions, two tablespoons of butter (creamy), 250 grams of chanterelles, 100 grams of sour cream, two eggs and salt. First you need to peel the potatoes, then boil it and, as usual, mash in mashed potatoes. Add butter, eggs and salt. Thoroughly pour the mashed potatoes to get rid of the lumps. Now you can rinse the mushrooms, boil them for 15 minutes, and then chop finely and finely. Onions must be cleaned, washed and cut into small cubes. Now, send mushrooms with onions to a skillet, only necessarily in preheated butter. Fry it all for about 5 minutes.

There comes the crucial moment. You should form accurate pellets from the resulting potato mass, then put a mushroom stuffing (chanterelle fried with onions) in the center of each of them, then simply join the edges and give the products the shape of the pies. The recipe can be this: you need eight potatoes, 150 grams of mushrooms, a little vegetable oil, breadcrumbs, one onion and salt with pepper to taste. What is the essence of the preparation? You must boil potatoes, then drain all the water from the pan and add vegetable oil (about a tablespoon). Now start cooking the mashed potatoes. It is better to use tolstushku, since a blender or mixer can turn it into a paste-like mass.

While the potatoes were boiled, you had to fry the onions with mushrooms and cool the future stuffing.
