How to cook zrazy potato with minced meat

As the filling, you can use completely different ingredients: fried mushrooms, chicken pieces, stewed vegetables, boiled rice. The classic dish, as always, are zrazy with minced meat. This recipe will use pork. Take about half a kilogram of lean pulp and mix it through a meat grinder. In the mass, add vegetables: finely chopped onions, grated carrots and chopped Bulgarian pepper. The minced meat is salted, crushed with ground pepper and well kneaded. Meat mixture is put on the fire and, with rapid stirring, is fried until the entire liquid is evaporated. At this time, one kilogram of peeled potatoes is cooked until ready. It is very important not to let it dissolve when boiling. The tubers should remain intact when cooking, so it's best not to cook them a bit. From a pot of hot potatoes, carefully drain the whole broth, top it off, add it to a homogeneous mass and let it cool. In cold mashed potatoes add 1 raw egg, ground spices and half a glass of flour. In order to dazzle zrazy potato with minced meat, take two tablespoons of cooked puree and form a small cake from it. Put a little stuffing (1-1.5 tea leaves) in the center, blend the oblong "cutlet" in the form of a pie. Before frying in vegetable oil or fat, the products are crumbled in flour or breadcrumbs.
