Youth staff of the St. Petersburg government: requirements, submission of documents, testing

Exercise and fresh ideas are often mutually exclusive concepts. The Governor Georgy Poltavchenko counted the same and proposed the creation of a Youth Staff Reserve of the Government of St. Petersburg. This event happened relatively recently - May 3, 2012.
