World judicial sites of Moscow

Jurisdiction of the world courts, taking into account their location in Moscow, is regulated by a separate legal act. What are its main provisions? Based on which geographical reference points should be determined to which district institution belongs to a particular world court site?

General information on the sites of the world courts

Before studying the information on sites of the world courts that carry out activities in Moscow, we will consider general information on the relevant territories.

The main source of the RF law, which regulates education, is Federal Law No. 188 "On the World Courts". In accordance with the provisions of Art. 4 of Federal Law No. 188, the justices of the peace must work within the limits of the relevant sections. At the same time, the total number of judges and plots in a specific region of the Russian Federation is set at the level of the federal law, taking into account the legislative initiative of the authorities of the relevant entity, which is consistent with the RF Armed Forces. Or, in turn, on the initiative of the RF Armed Forces, which is consistent with the region.

World judicial courts are established and abolished in accordance with regional legislation. At the level of the federal law, a rule is established according to which one site should function in a territory on which 15 to 30 thousand people live. In this case, if the municipality has less than 15 thousand people, then it should be formed 1 plot. In the event that the competence of a magistrate is not transferred to jurisdiction at the level of another instance, then his section can not be abolished. In this case, the transfer is possible only if the first judge does not consider the relevant case.

It can be noted that only one judge, having the appropriate authority, can carry out activities on a particular site. Thus, the rule applies: 1 magistrate - judicial district 1. The total number of judges of the world and the constituent territories of the RF subject is determined by a separate legal act - Federal Law No. 218-FZ, adopted on December 29, 1999. At the same time, a significant amount of authority in regulating the activities of world courts is in the regions.

So, in Moscow there is a separate law regulating the creation of judicial sections, as well as the establishment of positions of magistrates in the Russian capital. This is the Law of the City of Moscow No. 60, adopted on October 15, 2003. It determines which district courts include the world's judicial districts of the Moscow region, and also establishes the main geographical landmarks that characterize their location. Let's consider the main provisions of this normative act in more detail.

Law of the City of Moscow on the establishment of judicial areas: jurisdiction of district courts

In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Moscow City Law No. 60, a scheme has been adopted in the Russian capital according to which the plots, as well as the positions of magistrates, are in the jurisdiction of certain regional instances. Namely, the Babushkinsky court supervises 20 plots and, accordingly, 20 positions of justices of the peace. In the jurisdiction of the Basmanny Court there are 8 plots and the same number of judges.

Law No. 60 also lists the names of the relevant world courts in the jurisdiction of district institutions. In fact, this legal act determines which specific world judicial areas can be related to the jurisdiction of the relevant district courts of the capital of Russia. It will be useful to consider which areas of Moscow are in the jurisdiction of specific district courts, as well as specific areas that correspond to them.

Districts and plots in the jurisdiction of the Babushkinsky court

Babushkinsky court of Moscow supervises the areas: Sviblovo, Yaroslavl, Southern and Northern Medvedkovo, Losinoostrovsky, Babushkinsky. The jurisdiction of this court includes the world's judicial plots with the numbers: 308, 309, 317-332, 385, and also 386. The specific site exercises justice in a certain territory.

Districts and plots in the jurisdiction of the Basmanny Court

The Moscow Basmanny Court oversees the eponymous district of the Russian capital. The world judicial courts are represented in it, as we already know, in a small number - only 8. Districts and plots in the jurisdiction of the Butyrsky court

A certain world judicial district of the Leninsky district is being formed - the territory adjacent to Leninsky Prospekt.

Golovinsky Court

The Golovinsky court of the Russian capital is responsible for ensuring justice in the territories of the districts: Molzhaninovsky, Levoberezhny, Khovrino, Golovinsky, Voykovsky. In all, there are 11 sites in these territories: 65-76. The number of judges' posts is similar.

Dorogomilovsky court

The district court in question provides justice in the territories of the following districts of the Russian capital: Fili-Davydkovo, Dorogomilovo, Filevsky Park. In all, the jurisdiction of the Dorogomilovskiy District Court has 10 court sites in accordance with the provisions of the Moscow City Law No. 60. These are sites 190-193, 206-210, and 395. Likewise, 10 positions of judges are established in these areas.

Zamoskvoretsky court

In the jurisdiction of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of the Russian capital are the territories of the districts: Yakimanka, Zamoskvorechye. These judicial districts of justices of the peace include the following sections: 100-102, 397-399. In total, thus, in the specified areas 6 plots and a similar number of posts of judges are established.

Zelenograd

The district court in question oversees the following districts of the Russian capital: Matushkino-Savelki, Panfilovsky, Kryukovo. In all, there are 11 sites in the jurisdiction of the Zelenogradsky Court: 1-9, 74, and 400. In these territories, 11 positions of judges representing the institutions under review have been established.

Zyuzino

In the jurisdiction of the Zyuzinsky District Court there are the following districts of the Russian capital: Kotlovka, Zyuzino, North and South Butovo. In total, the Zyuzinsky court is in charge of 15 plots: 10-20, 99, 103, 401 and 402. Izmailovo

The district court in question is administering justice in the territories of the districts: East, Sokolinaya Gora, Izmailovo, East and North Izmaylovo. In all, there are 13 plots (295-307) and the same number of judges in the jurisdiction of the court.

Koptevo

In the jurisdiction of the Koptevsky District Court there are the following districts of the Russian capital: Timiryazevsky, Koptevo. The court supervises 8 sites: 333-335, 355, 356, 403, and also 404, on which 8 positions of judges are established.

The Koptevsky court extends jurisdiction over the territories, which, in particular, border on the right-of-way for the October Railway. In addition, the No. 68 section, which belongs to the jurisdiction of the Khovrinsky court, is also bordered by the strip of the branch of the specified railway line. Of course, such classifications of districts will be unofficial. But it can be convenient for determining the correct jurisdiction of a site based on the geographical reference points given in Law No. 60. Thus, having determined the world judicial district of the Oktyabrsky district in its informal classification, the lawyer should not be mistaken by initiating an official correspondence with the relevant court , Which is officially called in another way.

Kuzminki

The Kuzminsky District Court implements its powers in the districts: Ryazan, Kuzminki, Vykhino-Zhulebino, Nekrasovka, Tekstilshchiki. In total, 18 world judicial districts operate on the territory of these regions: 122-137, 249, 250, as well as 251. The same number of posts of judges.

Kuntsevo

The court in question oversees the following areas of the Russian capital: Mozhaisk, Kuntsevo, Krylatskoye. In all, there are 13 plots in the jurisdiction of the Kuntsevsky Court: 194-205. The positions of judges are established in the respective territories in the same quantity.

Nagatino

This institution is responsible for the implementation of justice in the districts: Moskvorechye-Saburovo, Tsaritsyno, Biryulyovo East, Orekhovo-Borisovo North and South, Brateevo, Zyablikovo. In the jurisdiction of the Nagatinsk court there are 28 plots: 23-47, 106, 107, as well as 114. The same number - the positions of judges.

Nikulinsky court

The district court in question provides for the implementation of justice in the areas: Ramenki, Prospect Vernadsky, Ochakovo-Matveyevsky, Troparevo-Nikulino. In total, in the territory that is in the jurisdiction of the Nikulinsky court, there are 13 sites: 177-189. In a similar number, the positions of judges are approved. By the way, with some of the plots that are in the jurisdiction of the Nikulinsky court, one of the conditional districts of the judicial plots discussed above is bordered - Leninsky. The court in the district No. 182, for example, has a landmark - the axis of Leninsky Prospekt.

Ostankino

The court in question is in charge of the following districts of the Russian capital: Marfino, Butyrsky, Rostokino, Ostankinsky, Maryina Roshcha, Alekseevsky. Here there are 13 sites: 96-98, 310-316, 412-414. The same number of posts of judges. It can be noted that one of the landmarks of the sites that are in the jurisdiction of the Ostankino court - ul. Soviet army. Thus, they can also enter the conditional Soviet area. The world court, it turns out, in this case also solves the problems of justice in the corresponding territory, distributing powers over its separate parts.

Perovo

Perovsky court is responsible for the implementation of justice in the districts: Kosino-Ukhtomsky, Novokosino, Veshnyaki, Ivanovo, Novogireevo, Perovo. In the respective territories, there are 22 sites: 274-294, and also 415. The same number of posts of judges.

The Transfiguration Court

The Preobrazhensky District Court oversees the following districts of the capital: Sokolniki, Bogorodskoye, Preobrazhenskoye, Metrogorodok, Golyanovo. In total, in the territory of these districts there are 15 sites: 104-121. A similar number - the positions of judges.

Presnensky Court

The district court in question is administering justice in the territories of the districts: Arbat, Presnensky. Here there are 9 sites: 375-380, 416-418. The same number of posts of judges.

Savelovsky Court

Savelovsky District Court oversees the following areas of the Russian capital: Sokol, Khoroshevsky, Savelovsky, Begovaya, Airport. A total of 13 sites operate on the territory of these districts: 77, 78, 345-353, 419, and 420. The same number of judges.

Simonovsky Court

The district court in question oversees the areas: Nagatino-Sadovniki, Nagatinsky Zaton, Donskoy, Danilovsky. In the respective territories there are 11 sites: 21, 22, 240-248. Also, 11 judges are established here.

Solntsevo

Solntsevsky District Court is responsible for the implementation of justice in the districts: Vnukovo, Novo-Peredelkino, Solntsevo. In total, there are 9 sites: 138-145, as well as 421. The same number of judges are established here.

Tagansky Court

The district court in question is in charge of the Moscow district of the same name. There are 5 sites in the relevant territory: 371-374, as well as 422. The same number - the positions of judges are established.

Tver Court

Tverskoy District Court is responsible for the implementation of justice in the same area of the Russian capital. Here there are 5 sites: 367-370, as well as 423. The same number of posts of judges.

Timiryazevsky Court

The district court in question oversees the following districts of Moscow: Dmitrovsky, East and West Degunino, Beskudnikovsky. Twelve world judicial stations were established here: 336-344, 357, 358, as well as 424. The same number of posts of judges.

Tushino

Khoroshevsky court is responsible for the implementation of justice in the following districts of Moscow: Strogino, Shchukino, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki. A total of 15 sites are established here: 146-157, 426-428. The same number of posts of judges.

Cheryomushki

The district court in question oversees the districts: Cheryomushki, Konkovo, Teply Stan, Yasenevo. Here there are 19 plots: 48-64, 129, and 429. The same number of judges are established here.

Chertanovsky Court

If we talk about the remarkable geographical landmarks of the plots located in the territories that are in the jurisdiction of the Chertanovsky court, it can be noted that some of them are oriented to Kirovograd street and Kirovogradsky avenue. This region - conditionally call it Kirov - the world court also oversees, as in the case of institutions in Koptevo, immediately from several sides.

The district court in question is responsible for the implementation of justice in the territory of the districts: Chertanovo South, Central, North, Nagorny, Biryulyovo Western. In total there are 17 sites in operation here: 223-239. The same number of posts of judges.

These are the norms of Law No. 60, which established the geography of the activity of the Justices of the Peace in Moscow. Using these or other geographical landmarks, it is possible to determine whether the address of the world judicial district available to the interested citizen is correct, whether its jurisdiction is properly established. Along with the official classification of areas and sites, an informal approach can also be applied. It involves the allocation of conditional areas based on the geographical reference points of certain sites. For example, the world court of the Kirov region is not officially classified by the laws of the capital, but de facto it can be considered as corresponding to the sites located near the street of Kirovograd.

Of course, with official correspondence with the relevant institution, it is necessary to use that classification, which is given in the regulatory legal acts. It is not necessary to send letters to the world court of the Kirovsky district simply because, despite the possible prevalence of the corresponding geographical landmarks, this institution is officially absent from the classification of such instances in Moscow.

The same can be said about other unofficial classifications of regions based on geographical landmarks in Moscow - the October, the Soviet. The October Peace Court is not listed in the official classifications, nor is the Soviet one. In any case, in Law No. 60 this classification is fixed in a rather convenient form. In practice, the need to send a letter to the Kirov Peace Court is likely to arise. But to determine the correct jurisdiction of a particular instance - based on the guidelines given in Act No. 60, the unofficial classification of the world's courts may well be approached. Although, probably, not every lawyer will consider this scheme to be sufficiently convenient.
