Sergei Yesin, writer: biography, creativity, family

In Russia today there are many names of talented writers, but one of them stands out especially. Sergei Nikolaevich Yesin is a man who has manifested himself in many fields of culture, deserving that contemporaries know about him.

short biography

Sergei Yesin was born in Moscow on the eighteenth of December 1935. When he was still a child, the future writer had to learn all the horrors of the war. And although he was in the rear during the period from one thousand nine hundred and forty-first to the Great Victory, the boy saw a lot of things. In addition, it was during this period in the life of the child that his father was repressed. All these adversities will greatly affect the work of the Russian prose writer. Sergei Yesin is a writer whose biography is not the most cheerful. But he was not broken. Sergei graduates from the school and passes to the philological faculty of Moscow State University, and then successfully studies at the correspondence department.

It is difficult to imagine how versatile this person is. After all, not many can boast of having visited life as a librarian, and a photographer, a forester, and an actor. And this is not the whole list! But still Sergei Yesin is a writer. His biography is rich and interesting.

He arranged a correspondent in the famous edition of the Moscow Komsomolets. Then Sergey Nikolaevich becomes the editor - in -chief of the sound magazine called "Krugozor". And then he creates his first masterpiece, which was enjoyed by so many. The title of the first novel is "We Live Only Two Times." True, it was first published in a completely different Soviet magazine and under a pseudonym. But since that time the works of this writer have been systematically published. Importantly, they are published not only in Russia, but also in Europe and in many Asian countries.

Even then, Sergei Nikolaevich Yesin, whose brief biography is already familiar to the reader, was not limited to writing, he combined it with editorial and teaching work. In addition, he was honored to lead the Literary Institute. The writer is the owner of very many awards in the field of culture. He also served as vice-president of the Academy of Russian Literature. Now Esin Sergey Nikolaevich has already retired and lives in his native city, the capital of Russia.

Creation

After the light saw his first work, Yesin creates many more wonderful prosaic novels and novels. What are his "Timekeeper" or "Spies" alone standing for! Although, to a greater extent, readers paid attention to his gift, having got acquainted with an earlier work called "The Simulator: Notes of an Ambitious Person."

Emotions, encased in Esin's novels, are completely diverse. Therefore, the spectrum of feelings experienced by the reader is also abundant. The main characters Sergei Yesin usually chose the modern creative intelligentsia. It is truly interesting to read about people who aspire to power or are compliant in nature, like, hate, are in conflict with society, and often with themselves.

Monologue of the character

For sure Yesin exactly the modern intelligentsia was closer as a social layer, because otherwise it's simply impossible to create such a masterful image and atmosphere of tension that reigns in his novels. Its presence is very important for the reader, that's why I rather want to read up to the denouement and not postpone the book in the long box.

Very often the writer reveals the characters of the main characters with the help of the "internal monologue". They are always bright in the novels of Sergei Nikolaevich, often touching and philosophical. And each of these appeals to the inner voice is extremely vital and realistic. The reader sees in the characters themselves and their problems.

The modern intelligentsia

Sergei Yesin is a writer who values the modern domestic intelligentsia very skeptically and ironically, because she is hypocritical, she is ignorant, often inclined to conformism and self-interest. Yesin seems to be exposing that stratum of society that poses itself as the best, bold defender of people, who in return does not need anything. Although it is worth noting that Sergei Yesin with a light satire applies to other representatives of the Russian people, and to the system as a whole.

Main works

The list of writings of the writer is extremely voluminous, there are books for every taste. There are stories about an ordinary person with his problems and experiences. There are also novels about people creative, with an unusual fate and a life search, and there are narratives of real historical events and people in whom there is absolutely no fiction, but only the memories of the writer.

"Simulator"

Yesin Sergey Nikolaevich is a writer who created so many beautiful works, but, as the prose writer himself claimed, "the fate of the writer was a success when he has at least one bestseller." And such a work for him is a novel called "The Simulator", which was published in one of the Soviet magazines in the eighty-fifth year. The main character is the active painter Semirayev. He clearly sees his goal in life and goes to her. Truly, when reading a novel, you absolutely do not know whether to love or despise the main character. Such is the modern intelligentsia in the writings of Yesina.

This work is the beginning of the trilogy, since then two more novels of the writer were published. This is the "Gladiator" (at first its name was different - "Time Man") and "The Soggin". In the novels there is no single line of narration, they are all about three completely different people, but there is a single thread. In each of them - about the representative of the creative profession, and they are all in search of themselves.

"Gladiator"

A work about two main characters. On the more successful Pytayev, who does not want to be satisfied with what he has (a wonderful career and stable income), but wants to act as a creator, writing a real biographical novel. Nearby there is the Hostages, who, being talented, are always in the shadow of Pytaev. Here is an interesting conflict between two representatives of the intelligentsia.

"The Spies"

The story of how talented director Sumayedov was simply afraid to create something important in life. This is a novel about human fears and misunderstandings.

All the books of the trilogy are full of interesting arguments, the problems in them are described very vital and close to each person, so it is so interesting to dive into the world of each of the characters.

"Governor"

A little later, the light saw a novel called "Governor". It differs somewhat from the trilogy and is pleasant in that it contains many descriptions of exotic countries. The book describes the adventures of a man who volunteered to accompany the parents of a wealthy businessman on vacation. But instead of a seemingly peaceful story about the journey, the reader gets a real problem and a lot of colorful characters from among our compatriots of the nineties.

This is only a small fraction of what was created by the writer for his creative career. To get acquainted with Yoshin's prose is everyone's duty.

Family writer

Yesin Sergey Nikolaevich, whose biography, as mentioned earlier, can not be called simple, even when he was a child, he lost his father. The parent of Sergei Nikolayevich was the military prosecutor and, unfortunately, in 1943, right at the height of the war, when the boy was living and so very hard, was repressed for anti-Soviet propaganda. Yesina's mother was from a peasant family, but she had a lawyer education. She learned what had happened to her husband and for which he was convicted, and after he returned from prison, expressed a desire to divorce him. The grandfather of the writer on the maternal line was also repressed during the Soviet era.

Yesin Sergey Nikolaevich, whose family was injured in wartime, was not discouraged, although all this had an influence on the prose writer's work, as well as the fact that he was born in an intelligent family. That's probably why he later writes about representatives of this particular social stratum.

By the way, as a child, the writer was a completely ordinary courtyard child who studied mediocrely in school, and sometimes even skipped classes. But it was then, in his childhood, Yesin had already decided on his profession, decided that he wanted to be a writer.

Despite the fact that Sergey Yesin is a writer, very little is known about his personal life. He was married to Ivanova Valentina Sergeevna. About her, his wife and close friend, who not long ago left this world, Yesin Sergey Nikolaevich wrote a book. In the first part he writes memoirs about Valentina Sergeevna's youth, the second part is the story of Ivanova herself, which she did not manage to publish during her lifetime, and in the third part one can get acquainted with excerpts from the writer's diary about his wife. Also in the book there is a bibliography of film critic Ivanova and memories of her colleagues, comrades-in-arms and friends. It is very touching to get acquainted with the contents of this publication, knowing that it is memories of a beloved and lost wife.

Sergei Yesin is a writer who deserves the attention of readers. His life experience and search, he lays out without embellishment in his prose. And so far each of Yoshin's books can be called modern and for the day's anger.
