Why does the woman's chest feel noisy?

The feeling of pain in the chest is familiar to many women. Such pain is the most well-known complaint of women during the menstrual cycle. Painful sensations can be seen in both the mammary gland and in two. Sometimes the pain disappears for several months, and then comes back again. Why does my chest ache, what causes this phenomenon?

Types of pain in the chest

In many cases, pain occurs for some time before menstruation. However, there are reasons why pain in the mammary gland is completely unrelated to critical days.

Chest pain can be classified into 2 types:

  • Cyclic pain sensations, which are completely interconnected with critical days. Usually aching pain in the chest can occur in the second half of the cycle, and a few days before menstruation, these sensations can only increase.
  • Non-cyclic pain in the mammary glands is not associated with critical days, but has completely different causes.

According to statistics, two women out of three suffer from painful sensations, which are related to the ongoing processes in the woman's body during menstruation. And only in one is the result of the influence of other diseases, injuries, etc.

Cyclic pain

This manifestation of pain is most often observed in women between the ages of thirty and fifty. Cyclic pain sensations are not fixed in women who are in the menopause, when the menstruation stops.

Manifestations of pain in the form of minor discomfort for some time before critical days are considered normal. Only in some cases the process is accompanied by a sharp pain, which lasts about 7-14 days. The most difficult moment is the period several days before the start of menstruation. At this time, a woman can feel how her breast is aching before menstruation, and Sometimes it swells. With the onset of menstruation, the condition of a woman comes back to normal.

The main cause of the pain - hormonal changes, to which the mammary glands are very sensitive. Cyclic pain sensations have no connection with any disease, so they do not require special help. In the case of acute pain, you can reduce the manifestations with painkillers ("Ibuprofen", "Paracetamol") or ointments with analgesic effect.

Receiving contraceptives containing non-natural hormones can aggravate the condition of a woman, increase such pain. A similar influence is exerted by certain types of drugs to lower blood pressure.

In the case when conventional drugs do not help in reducing pain, a doctor can prescribe special medications that counteract the release of hormones (Danazol, Tamoxifen). Such treatment can reduce the level of the hormone estrogen, so it should be permanent. Drugs can cause many side effects, and the doctor can prescribe them in case of acute pain as a last resort.

Non-cyclic types of pain

Pain of this nature can occur continuously or periodically. Pain sensations of this species have no connection with hormonal changes, and most often occur in women aged forty years. When a woman's chest is noisy, the factors that cause this condition can be the following:

  • Mastopathy;
  • Inflammatory processes, infections;
  • Breast cancer;
  • Possible structural disorders of the chest;
  • Stretching the muscles of the chest.

Before the appointment of treatment, a woman undergoes a test, which helps to identify the exact cause of the pain.

Pain and chest pains in pregnancy

The main cause of the pain in the mammary glands during pregnancy is an increase in the volume of glandular cells, which will perform the functions of milk allocation.

From the first days of pregnancy, the woman's breast becomes sensitive, and in some cases painful. The appearance of pain in the chest and increase in its size - one of the signs of pregnancy.

All the restructuring that takes place in the mammary glands requires the activation of the circulatory process. The chest is filled with blood, and the propensity to accumulate fluid in the body during pregnancy causes, respectively, swelling and pain.

During pregnancy, a common phenomenon is chest pain. The mammary gland usually aches at all, but these sensations pass by the end of the first trimester (10-12 weeks). A significant increase and a feeling of tingling in the chest of the woman is felt on the 20th week of pregnancy. This is caused by the preparation of the mammary glands for the birth of the child and the forthcoming lactation. The processes that occur do not cause severe pain. In the case of such feelings in one breast, a woman should always seek help from her gynecologist to exclude processes that are not related to pregnancy.

If there are any signs of a woman should see a doctor?

A woman should make an appointment with a doctor if the following manifestations are present:

  • The feeling that chest pain persists after the onset of menstruation;
  • Pain in the form of burning and squeezing;
  • Pain is localized in one part of the breast;
  • Painful sensations do not stop, but intensify over time;
  • In the chest, in addition to pain, knots or its deformity, redness of the mammary glands, the appearance of an elevated temperature are felt;
  • Pain in a woman is observed continuously for two weeks;
  • Painful feelings prevent her from doing everyday things, causing insomnia and irritation.

At the doctor

On an appointment with a doctor should be addressed in case of unresolved pain in the mammary glands. If the doctor does not detect any seals, further examination may not be necessary. For women over 40, the specialist usually recommends a mammogram. If the seals are found during the examination, then a biopsy is performed (examination of the tissue particles under the microscope).

Treatment will depend entirely on the causes that caused this pain, and the result of the examination. When the chest hurts and aches, such sensations can cause various diseases, one of which is mastopathy.

What it is?

Mastopathy is a disease in which fibro-cystic enlargement is formed in the breast. According to statistics, about 75-80% of women under the age of 40 have breast diseases, united by the common name "mastopathy".

The disease is widespread. In women with mastopathy, the risk of breast cancer increases by 3-5 times.

Causes

Hormonal disorders in women can occur for the following reasons:

  • Disturbances in liver function;
  • Cessation of infant feeding with sufficient lactation;
  • Irregular sexual relations;
  • Ovarian diseases;
  • Thyroid disease;
  • Stressful situations;
  • Pathological condition of the pituitary gland.

All these factors affect the hormonal background of a woman, which leads to the appearance of mastopathy. There is no genetic predisposition to it.

Imbalance of hormones is manifested when the level of estrogen and progesterone changes.

This imbalance occurs in all women who have little or no birth. Mastopathy does not appear suddenly, within several years in the breast, in violation of physiological processes, foci of epithelial tissues arise and grow. They squeeze the ducts, interfere with the normal outflow of secretion in them and deform the lobules of the mammary glands.

When mastopathy in women there is a feeling that the chest is aching, as well as a feeling of bursting and squeezing in the mammary gland. In addition, there may be nausea, lack of appetite, and abdominal pain. The disease requires constant monitoring by a doctor and systematic treatment.

Why does my chest hurt and how can I help myself?

When a problem occurs constantly before the start of a cycle, nothing can be done here. You can prepare and purchase underwear, the size of which is designed for an increased breast size. This is necessary to make sure, because squeezing has a negative effect on the mammary glands.

If there are suspicions of pregnancy, a woman should definitely contact a gynecologist in order to refute or confirm her assumptions.

Women should constantly inspect their breasts to detect the appearance of seals or nodules. In case of detection of possible pathologies, it is better to make an appointment with a doctor to rule out oncology.

Drugs from such a symptom are not prescribed, so a woman needs to learn to live with it.

Doctors do not recommend women to self-medicate. The use of various alcohol compresses and the heating of the breast can have a negative effect on the entire body.

All medications should be prescribed by a specialist after a woman's breast examination and taking into account her condition.
