White sauce for fish, pasta and pizza

As you know, sauces allow you to get several different dishes instead of one. In this case, they will all be made from the same products, but will have a different appearance, different taste, aroma and consistency. You can cite a lot of examples of Italian cuisine, which is now so popular in our country. The brightest is the national Italian food pasta, which has a variety of options for cooking and serving. And each of them is different with sauce.

White sauce for fish also allows you to diversify any dish from it, including boiled. In this case for oily fish, sauces with a sour taste, which substantially softens the taste of fat, are best suited. To a less fatty fish, on the contrary, it is better to serve sauces that contain butter, sour cream, cream and eggs. If a white sauce is served to the fish, prepared with sour cream, onions or mushrooms, then the taste of the resulting dish turns out really refined.

One little trick. To prepare sauces, decoctions are used. Therefore, when preparing a fish dish, the resulting waste, that is, the heads, fins, skin or bones, is good for making a small amount of broth - just to make an excellent white sauce for the fish.

To begin with, consider the basic white sauce. A half-liter of white sauce will be obtained if a hot passer from one large spoonful of flour and two tablespoons of butter or margarine is stirred in a half liter of fish broth until a homogeneous mass is obtained, add a cut small onion and a small spoon of chopped parsley root to it and cook everything with a barely noticeable Boiling.
