Chicken breasts are beaten in the same way as described in the previous recipe, only the filling in them will be different. It is a festive, very beautiful and fragrant dish.

It will take : two fillets of chicken breast, two large-rubbed apples, lemon juice, half a glass of grated cheese, a tablespoon of breadcrumbs, a slice of butter, half a glass of white dry wine, a tablespoon of flour, salt.

Preparation. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice, so as not to darken, mix with breadcrumbs and cheese. Chicken fillet to beat off to a thickness of about a centimeter, pouring, then marinate in dry wine for an hour. Screw into chopped apple mixture and fasten with toothpicks, as in the picture.
